The Challenge
Air Pro Solutions came to me with a tight, high-stakes deadline: they needed a fully built-out media kit delivered in just 7 days to be ready for a large-scale local vendor show. With no existing marketing materials to work from, the scope included rebuilding their low-resolution logo, designing a retractable banner, creating a custom table runner, and writing and designing a brand-new brochure.

The most immediate hurdle was their logo—originally supplied in a low-res format that couldn’t scale for large-format print. Without a vector version, none of the essential items (like the banner or table runner) could move into production. On top of that, all design work had to be executed quickly and precisely to allow for production and shipping within the one-week window.

The Process
With the deadline looming, I prioritized the logo rebuild first. Since it was the foundation for every deliverable, recreating it in a clean, scalable vector format was essential to keep the entire project moving. While working on the logo, I immediately kicked off production planning—focusing on the items with the longest lead times: the retractable banner and custom table runner.

To keep the brochure moving in parallel, I drafted an outline and sent it to the Air Pro team for input. From there, I took their responses and handled the copywriting to ensure the brochure was clear, professional, and aligned with their brand voice—all without slowing down the pace.

The key to meeting the deadline was efficiency and clarity. I used a streamlined proofing process with electronic approvals, kept communication tight and responsive, and leveraged trusted local vendors I’ve built relationships with—vendors who were willing to turn around high-quality production under pressure. Every piece was handled with intention and urgency to ensure nothing fell through the cracks.

The Solution
The final deliverables were designed to give Air Pro Solutions a professional, cohesive presence at the vendor show—despite the intense time constraints. I rebuilt their logo as a clean, scalable version that preserved their existing brand recognition while ensuring it could print crisply on large-format signage. While not a full rebrand, this interim logo solution was crafted to “get them through the event” confidently.

With the rebuilt logo in hand, I designed a retractable banner that clearly communicated who they are, what they do, and who they serve—making it easy for passersby to quickly understand their services. A custom table runner brought consistency to their booth setup and helped establish credibility visually.

For takeaways, I wrote and designed a tri-fold brochure that broke down their core services and company values in a clear, approachable tone. We printed 1,500 copies to give them ample collateral for this event and future outreach. To ensure nothing slipped through the cracks, I personally delivered the brochures and banner on time—giving them one less thing to worry about ahead of the show.

The completed media kit gave Air Pro Solutions exactly what they needed to show up with confidence at their first large-scale vendor event. With professional materials in hand—from the banner and table runner to the printed brochures—they stepped into the event looking polished, prepared, and legitimate.
